Reginal Recreation
By recreating tourist spots in virtual spaces with a realism that closely mirrors the real world,
we convey the unique culture and charm of these areas to the world.
This not only serves as a PR tool for tourist destinations but also enables collaboration with real-world events and information dissemination.

Case 01Okayama Prefecture
Focus on lesser-known tourist spots and use the app as a PR tool to promote the area's charm
Purpose: Increase the visibility of tourist spots
One of the things that comes to mind when thinking of Okayama Prefecture is “Momotaro.” Of course, Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter and Kojima Jeans are also must-visit tourist spots and specialties. In ANA GranWhale, we have virtualized the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter while introducing spots related to the legend of Momotaro that are not yet widely known. By showcasing the beautiful scenery and history of places such as Kinojo Castle and Kibitsu Shrine , we aim to inspire many users to visit these places in person, contributing to an increase in real-world visitors.

Case 04Kyoto City
Guide users on tourism etiquette in a virtual space,
allowing them to learn while having fun.Purpose: Educate users on local tourism etiquette
At Tatsumi Bridge in Gion Shinbashi (Kyoto), tourists often sit on the bridge parapets to take commemorative photos, causing the wooden parapets to deteriorate quickly. By introducing this issue in a virtual space, users can learn about tourism etiquette in an enjoyable way, making their real visits more pleasant.

Case 05Kozushima
A new travel experience value provided by V-TRIP Kozushima and ANA Pocket
Purpose: Provide new travel experience value such as earning points by visiting in person
In April 2024, ANA GranWhale participated in the “Tokyo Treasure Island—Sustainable Island Creation Project” in Kozushima Village, Tokyo, and developed “V-TRIP Kozushima” to allow users to experience the charm of Kozushima virtually. ANA Pocket provides travel information about Kozushima within the app and offers new travel experiences where users can earn points through challenges when they visit Kozushima in person. Additionally, both apps allow users to earn ANA miles, contributing to the creation of a related population by primarily approaching users who hold ANA miles.
